Something tells me I ought to be terribly embarrassed by this but I'm far beyond worrying about popular opinion... so
I downloaded all of Stacey Solomon's songs from the X Factor and bunged them on a CD. It's bloody brilliant. The girl can sing. I'm not actually an X-factor fan, but I watched all of this series cos Stacey grabbed me by the throat. In case you're wondering... I don't actually fancy her, too many teeth and her personality is great in 30 second bursts. But the voice... smashing!!!
Oh, and yes, that's what I'm listening to right now. _________________ Half of what I say is utter rubbish and half of what I say is twaddle. The other half just might be serious. |

Just been listening to the very brilliant witty Dan Le Sac vs Scroobius Pip,their forthcoming single entitled "Get Better". My God this is fantastic and can't wait for the new album.Still loving the Angles album too. Zane Lowe has been championing Get Better on his Radio1 slot. Thanks again Sparks for Introducing me to this wonderful cool duo. |

They surely won't play every track...at about 3mins a track...thats approx 100hrs of music...not including DJ banter..you've got over 4 days of music.Mind you if they play the run down backwards as is often the case....there'll only be 701 tracks to listen to before This Town is played...but at least you'll hear Sparks....where I'm going it is mainly going to be Queen and karaoke and Queen again(and arguing about the music, but that'll be me!!)...Happy New Year. |

Prima Donna. An opera by Rufus Wainwright. It wil soon reduce me to a quivering mess of tears. Smashing, 10/10. |
