I'm quite sure this is another band called Sparks. I don't think "our" Sparks would act as a support band these days :)

No its a Gal who is Calling herself "Spark" .. Marina from the Diamonds picked up on her .. Shes Doing the Support on the New UK tour .. I quite like a Few of her Songs...

Sorry to take so long to report back. The support is indeed Spark. Apart from the obvious, the venue is too small, and unsuitable for A SPARKS SHOW.

Mostly because other acts that have shared stages with them were still in diapers when R&R were making records.

(Not that anyone would really know that, just by looking at them.)

I didn't see the show but I listened to it on Radio 1 and taped it. It sounded great.

Yeah You Cannt Help but draw a few Comparisons with Rons Keyboards on some of the Tks .. Booked up to see her in Bham in October.. Looking forward to it...


Numb is a Good Example . A cracking good song as well IMO

The Mile End Gig didnt get a Rave review in the Latest Sparks Book.. But nothing to do with the Music .. Just a load of Wet Blur Fans Probably..
