Should we perhaps be thinking about what would make a great final song? I know another thread has been set up suggesting some possible final songs. Just think, the very last song of the 21 nights! What should it be? Maybe Bon Voyage, How are you Getting Home? or My Baby's Taking Me Home. As ones not on the list so far, I think either Miss the Start Miss the End or Those Mysteries would be great as the end song. That last one in particular would bring a tear to me ol' eye. 
And as an aside I'm really suprised no one likes TITS!

I got the impression from Russell's little speeches about voting for the songs - obscure as you like - that they wouldn't necessarily do the hits. (I'm guessing most of us could live without This Town for just one night!!)
You're doing sterling work Alex keeping up with all this voting. I'm leaving my choice until I've heard all the concerts - it is just too difficult to choose one!

I really like Marry Me for its pop/classical style.
Key changes at the end of the song are probably not necessary (for me anyway!)

Just piping up to say that given that they're not going to be able to play all 93 songs suggested so far (if only!), the front runners at the moment would make an FABULOUS setlist. I've already voted for Goofing Off, but hearing The Decline & Fall Of Me will also be an amazing addition since I didn't get to Introducing or Angst...
It'll also be nice to see them do Looks Looks Looks properly, as the version at the Indiscreet concert was a bit flat.

My God there is some weird voting.
Someone really REALLY wants to hear Kakadu? Over everything/anything else they have done and all the 260+ songs you could choose from you want that one? 
Unless I sign up for multiple accounts I don't think any of my choices are in for a shot  I'll be happy enough being there. |

I have never heard it before. Silly me, fancy wanting to actually hear a Sparks song for the first time.
Not all of us have been here since 1973 and have every not e the band have ever committed to tape. This is an opportunity for people to ask for something they want. Please give me one single good reason why my choice has got to meet with your approval.

I think the point Eve was making was if you had heard it...you might not want to hear it live(obviously I'm making unqualified assumptions on behalf of both of you),but Russell DID say your choice could be as well known or as obscure as you like.

and it (thankfully) doesn't mean it will get played anyways.
As a friend of mine said he'd kill himself if they didn't play Big Boy again I may have to kill Sparks if they play that song I do know Simon M wants everyone to vote for Let's Get Funky.
